Explanation:
From cup 1, 3 gets filled first as the pipe towards 3 is at lower side compared to the pipe towards 2. From 3 the connecting pipe to 4 is blocked. and the end of the connecting pipe to cup no. 5 is also blocked. So cup no. 3 will get filled first.

So cup no. 2 will get filled .cup no 6 blocked finally cup 7 get filled first

    Well, with this logic, there is no connecting pipe to the tap. so only few drops which may be left will pour out but none of the cups will get filled.

    It asks which cup get filled firstly or initially. 1 will start filling firstly. 3 will fill up first, but it won't start filling firstly.

    4 is the correct answer...3 will not get filled first coz, everytime when the water flows it goes directly to cup4 coz it has hole in it... 3 is wrong

      But if you look closely, the connecting pipe from 3 to 4 is blocked.

    This can't be correct because the act of filling up is the instance the liquid touches what it's filling, meaning one is filling up first, whereas 3 will be full first, 1 is still filling to halfway, meaning it's halfway full...which means 1 is filling up halfway. Filling up does not mean it HAS to be full, it just means what it does, to fill up.

    There is a trick here....In what's up if you open complete picture there is cup 8 below cup 7 which get fill first.
