31 is the answer 

Explanation
Equation 1: 15 + 15 + 15 = 45
Equation 2: 8 + 8 + 4 = 20 (Star = 2 from equation 3)
Equation 3: (2+2) + (2+2) + 15 = 23 (Star = 2)
Equation 4: 2 + 2 + 4 = 8
Equation 5: (6 + 7) + (2 + 1) x 6 = 31 (Tree = 6 as it has 6 layers ; Balloon = 1 ; Gift n Balloons = 6)

    Answer is 30 not 31. Equation 5 should be (5+7) not (6+7) because from the first row, each item is 15. So 15 - 8 (balloons with gift) - 2 (for star). So the tree itself is just 5.

    Its incorrect the answer....
    If the tree + 15 with balloons, gift and star, How The tree count 6 without the star and a gift with just 3 balloons counts 6 plus another balloon, what balloon?

    so the gift with 2 ballons count 6 and the same gift with 3 balloons count the same (6)

    The tree has 6 rows in the last equation not 5. So the tree is 6 in the last equation.
