Equation 2: 5 + 8 + 5 = 18   (So, Teddy with one flower in dress = 5)
Equation 3: 4 + 4 + 8 = 16   (So, one flower = 2)
Equation 4: 2 + 2 + 5 = 9    (So, one Balloon = 1
Equation 5: 3 + (2 + 1) x 7  (Here, Teddy doesn't have a flower in its dress, so Teddy = 3 ; Also, Flower = 2 & Balloon = 1 ; Girl & Balloons = 7 (8 - 1), as there is one balloon is missing here.
=> 3 + (3 x 7)  ; Accordig to BODMAS rule.
=> 3 + 21
=> 24

    It's 27. The girl with 4 balloons=8.
    So each balloon is 2.
    Girl with 3 balloons= 6
