From the hints given in the above picture, can you solve the value of the last equation?

14 is the Answer.

Explanation
Equation 1: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30  (So, the value of BUILDING = 10 ; Also note that the buildings in this equation has 10 windows)
Equation 2: 10 + 3 + 3 = 16  (So, the value of TRAFFIC LIGHTS = 3)
Equation 3: 3 + 4 + 4 = 11  (So, the Value of BOY + GIRL = 4)
Equation 4: 8 + 3 x 2  (In this equation, since the building has only 8 windows, the value of BUILDING = 8 ; Also, the value of BOY = 2)

Applying BODMAS rule:
=> 8 + (3 x 2)
=> 8 + 6
=> 14 is the answer
