101 is the answer.

Explanation
Equation 1: 20 + 20 + 20 = 60  (So, the value of Divider = 20)
Equation 2: 20 + 5 + 5 = 30  (So, the value of Eraser = 5)
Equation 3: 5 - 2 = 3  (So, the value of single Scale = 1)
Equation 4: 1 + 20 x 5

Applying BODMAS rule:
=> 1 + (20 x 5)
=> 1 + 100
=> 101 is the answer.

Also note that, if we look closely at the fourth equation, we can see '5' is written above the Eraser. 
So if we consider the value of Eraser in the fourth equation as (5 x 5) = 25, the the final equation becomes:
=> 1 + (20 x 25)
=> 1 + 500
=> 501
