46 is the answer.

Explanation

Equation 1: 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 
(In equation 1 we have to note two things. (a) There are 4 buttons in the dress of Chef and there are two eggs on the Hat of the Chef. So the value of CHEF here is 10.

Equation 2: 20 + 20 + 20 = 60  
(So the value of NEST with 4 Eggs = 20)

Equation 3: 3 x 3 x 3 = 27
(So the value of an EGG = 3)

Now we have to find the values of the following elements:

(a) The value of EMPTY NEST = 8

(b) Value of Chef (without 2 eggs on hat) = 4 ; But since there are 6 buttons in the last equation, and there are Empty Nest's in the eyes, the value of CHEF in last part of equation is : 6 +8 + 8 = 22

Therefore the final equation becomes:

Equation 4: 22 + 3 x 8
(Here we have to note 3 things in the first part of the equation, (a) there are no Eggs on the Hat of Chef  (b) There are 1 empty Nest each on the eyes of Chef and (c) there are 6 buttons here on the dress of the chef.

=> 22 + 24

=> 46
