Explanation

Equation 1: 2 + 2 + 2 - 2 = 4  (So the value of ICE CREAM = 2)

Equation 2: 5 + (5 + 2)  + 5 - 5 = 12  (So the value of MAN = 5; Also note that the man in second part of this equation is holding an Ice cream which has a value of 2)

Equation 3: 3 + 3 + 4 = 10  (So the value of SUN GLASS = 3)
